Event Manager

The organizer is a true conductor. It is up to him to manage an event (reception, seminar, inauguration, luxury wedding, etc.) and to coordinate the various professionals involved for the occasion. The Event Manager is an expert in project management, a field that allows him to support several events simultaneously.


Missions :

    • Implementing and manage all event operations
    • Bringing new ideas and concept forward
    • Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
    • Handling budgeting and invoicing
    • Liaising and negotiating with vendors, sponsorship deals
    • Handling logistics, updating senior management
    • Managing branding and communication
    • Handling post-event reports
