The catering intern will contribute to providing an exceptional experience to our luxury hotel guests in Morocco by delivering world-class catering service.
The intern will learn Restaurant Standards and will be taught to perform ordering, monitoring departmental inventory, being involved in menu creation, cashiering (payment) procedures, advanced techniques of setting up tables, personally ensuring guest’ satisfaction and other important techniques.
